Bootcamps are a fun way to burn more calories, increase your cardiovascular health, lower your blood pressure, raise your energy and feel GREAT! Tired of boring weights, machines and workout routines? Burn fat and get stronger in a group workout setting using bodyweight exercises and plyometrics. As your trainer, I'll personally tailor the exercises to each person's ability or disability. Everyone works at their own pace. Stay motivated by supporting and receiving support from your trainer and others in your group.
